The MBA (Human Resource) is a specialised programme, designed to develop HR managers adept at handling the peoples' dimension in an organisation. The course is structured to educate students in various aspects of Human Resource Management e.g. labour issues, employee behaviour, employee motivation etc. The curriculum gives students a thorough grounding in the fundamentals and at the same time introduces them to emerging issues and trends especially through summer training and research project.
